Return information
According to O.U.G 34/2014 the consumer has the right to return any product without invoking any reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving them.
What should I do to return a product?
The return procedure is standard, simple and fast:
– Let us know within the legal term of your intention to return by email to office@lavenderanna.ro specifying the method of return of the value.
– You will be contacted by one of our representatives through an email confirming the registration of the return.
– Pack the appropriate product so that it does not deteriorate during transport.
– Contact the courier company to pick it up from your location.
– You will be notified by e-mail when it is received.
Since we do not have a contract with the Romanian Post, please do NOT ship through the Romanian Post. Our company will not be responsible for these packages.
In any situation of return of the products, they must be in the same state, in the original packaging, with the labels intact and together with all the documents that accompanied it (invoice, guarantee certificates).
LavenderANNA SRL will not accept the receipt of the packages sent with refund
The return value
The value of the returned product can be returned by 2 methods:
– Return the value in a bank account of your choice. The money transfer will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the product and processing the return. In case of choosing this method, please specify in the e-mail the IBAN account and the name of the person to whom the transfer will be made.
– Keep it by us and use this balance when placing a new order. Following that it should be deducted from it.
Payment of the return shipment
1. Payment by lavenderanna.ro will be made in the following situations:
– Other product than the one ordered.
2. Payment by the consumer will be made in the following situations:
– Any other situation that does not fall under point 1.
